Shipping policy

All UK orders are delivered by DPD with an up-to-the-minute service. Orders shipped to Europe and the rest of the world will be delivered by DHL. To track or make changes to your delivery, you can contact DPD or DHL directly through their apps.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

*UK deliveries to certain postcodes in the Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands can take up to eight working days to be delivered. These postcodes are affected: GY9–10, HS1–HS9, KW15–KW17, PA41–61, TR21–25, ZE1–ZE3, ZE–ALL.

After you have selected your delivery option at Checkout, you will be given an estimated delivery date. Please note: for both UK and international orders, delivery may be delayed due to situations beyond our control, for example: Brexit, Customers delays, adverse weather conditions or unexpected increase in demand. Our Customer Service Team will update you if anything changes with your order.
